Exhibitions

Students involved in topical issues

At the entrance of the Patio building, you find a large hall that is a lively place where students like to meet and connect with others. Student unions regularly hold a stand there to present their activities, sell books or handicrafts.

The idea of the Exhibitions project is precisely to use this unique space to hold exhibitions that promote and deepen the work of LEA students. They focus on  social, economic and political topical issues, which are dealt with in class. Examples include the challenges posed by cultural globalisation, climate change, religious fundamentalism, nationalism in Europe, data control or social networks in the contemporary world.

A cultural exhibition to discover and think

Each exhibition is presented as a guided discovery tour around fifteen or so panels each presenting informative posters designed to spark thought. The subject is chosen according to its relevance to the academic audience for which the cultural exhibition is designed. Images and texts accompany the intellectual and emotional journey that the creators have sought to inspire in the visitor.

An opening to the contemporary world

The project aims to demonstrate the ability of LEA students to present important topical issues, put them in perspective and question them critically. It also illustrates the fact that this programme makes it possible to find a job in a complex contemporary society that is constantly evolving.
