The LEA bachelor’s degree is a multipurpose and professionalising degree that focuses on basic knowledge and skills. 2 – Learning to work in a team
As part of a team, you will get to know other young people as motivated as you are. You will learn to perform different tasks according to your tastes, skills and your collectively-chosen role in the group. By working together for a whole year, you will learn to rely on each other.
An academic and a professional tutors will train you to help you get started. Furthermore they will provide you advice when needed. 4- An official acknowledgement
Whichever project you choose, an internship agreement will define the general and legal framework to ensure it runs smoothly. The project can integrate the “Missions Professionnelles” (professional engagement) plan if you want it to. This acknowledgement of student engagement allows each member of your team to obtain an additional assessment or a mark as an option depending on his/her choice.
